The Bonus Basement Parlor: The ultimate "additional" space to relax! This lower-level hangout features a huge 60” flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a loveseat—ideal for movie marathons. This area includes a mini-refrigerator, dedicated ice maker, and microwave for your movie snacks and cold drinks.

Poolside Convenience: Since the lounge is just steps from the pool, you can keep your refreshments within arm's reach all day without ever having to go upstairs.

No-Mess Outdoor Access: No need to track water through the home! We have a dedicated outdoor half-bath located right next to the pool area, along with a invigorating outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand.
