Waterfront Villa with Breathtaking Views of the Harbor - Vacation rental home in Ocracoke, NC

This waterfront two bedroom plus a loft, three full bath Villa is our most often requested! Sitting right on Silver Lake with beautiful harbor vistas from the deck, screened porch, and interior. The Net House offers two roomy living and dining areas on separate levels an upper-level full kitchen with dishwasher and ice machine, lower level kitchenette, washer/dryer, wireless internet access, and four TVs. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Bedroom A on the upper level has a king bed, TV, and bath. There is also a second story loft open to the first floor, with 2 twin beds, full bath with shower only and a mini-refrigerator, sink, TV and modest sitting area.

Bedroom B on the lower level has a king bed, full bath, TV, screened porch, and kitchenette with full refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. Access to Screened Porch on harbor.

Linens and towels are included. No Smoking or Vaping. No Family Animals Accepted.

Conveniences shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool home with sauna.

Appreciate complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first come first serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.
