The back deck also provides relaxing opportunities to savor morning coffees to water vistas while located under the awning, sunbath on the sundeck, or take advantage of the on-deck furnishings to enjoy a grilled meal (grille is also supplied) while watching the sunset.

This Outer Banks rental home provides four bedrooms with linens to fit a variety of family sizes. Take your pick from two sound-front queen bedrooms with water vistas, a roomy queen bedroom with mini library for the avid reader, and a kids room with twin bunk and additional twin bed, with all rooms featuring a intelligent TV with streaming! The enormous great room features delightful, expansive water vistas, a vaulted ceiling with wooden finish, all wood floor, granite kitchen countertops and completely supplied kitchen, water-side dining, and immediate slider-door access to the back, water-front deck.

As for the back deck, you'll enjoy constructed-in deck seating, rocking chairs, a covered deck that opens into a sun-deck, and gorgeous water vistas (as well as charming sunsets). The open back yard then leads to a bulkhead with mini boardwalk attached to a long pier. Appreciate fishing and crabbing from the pier with constructed in seating. There is ladder access from when you want to take a sound-side swim or boarding a kayak, and the pier features plenty of raised pilings for tying off your boat! If bringing a boat, you'll have access to a community boat ramp ($45 per boat plus $10 key deposit) and will have the freedom to discover the sizable body of water known as the Albemarle Sound!

All of our homes in the Old Nags Head Cove Community have access to the ONHC Clubhouse which offers a Nags Head Sound-Front pool for $6 per person per day or $135 for the entire week for a group up to 6. The association also offers a club home, sound front picnic area, sound front basketball & volleyball court, a boat ramp on Albacore St ($45 per boat plus $10 key deposit), and a private sound-front beach access area.
