Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Double Beds , flat-screen TV and private deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with deck access featuring an entertainment center with huge flat-screen TV/DVD, CD/Stereo and a stone-faced wood burning fireplace. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
