• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• No Family Animals and No Smoking in the unit or on the property—violations are subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee
• No House Parties or Groups Under 25
• Ocean Blue stringently prohibits motorbikes, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any car
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available by 4 PM, but delays can occur
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific dates and availability


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply
