Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living area designed for gathering and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances and a huge island with seating for four. This space flows seamlessly into a roomy living room, a game area, and a dining area with seating for eight. Walls of windows fill the room with natural light, creating a welcoming place for everybody to come together.

The home’s thoughtfully designed layout provides comfort and privacy for guests. On the left side of the home are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity and a shower-tub combination, and another with a full-size bed located near a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the right side, a king-size bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a constructed-in vanity, a shower-tub combination, and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom offers two full-size beds and its own ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for multiple guests.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as garage access supplied with beach chairs and beach toys. The garage also features a game room with ping-pong and shuffleboard, providing fun for all ages. After a day of island adventures, guests can rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower.
