The Space:

415 Wahoo Drive is just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Cabana Club, pools, and Ocean Marina. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is ideal for those who want the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The home has a cavernous kitchen and is charmingly furnished with wood floors throughout. The main part of the home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The additional room is separate from the main home, above the garage. It contains 2 bunk beds and 1 bath. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people! Please note this property has a check in day of Sunday and a 7-nighttime minimum in the Summer and a 3-nighttime minimum the rest of the year.



In the main home, the upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. On the main floor, the 1st guest bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and step in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared hall bath with a tub shower combo. Moving on to the additional room above the garage, there are 2 bunk beds with twin over full beds, a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. This property is thoughtfully decorated and freshly refreshed with splendid wood floor.



The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and an additional full-size refrigerator is in the laundry room. The kitchen also has a Keurig, drip coffee maker and a double oven, as well as all the basic appliances and houseware. Past the kitchen is a 2nd dining room, accepting plenty of space for bigger groups. The roomy great room combines the living and main dining room. This leads to the screened-in porch, which has added a 3rd eating/sitting area for family and friends.



5 Roku Intelligent TVs in total; there is a TV in all bedrooms and another in the living room. YouTube TV Live TV is supplied with the rental of this property and is logged in on all tv's! High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home pair with your favorite streaming applications. 5-burner propane grille in the garage, please move it out to the driveway or walkway by front door to use. Right side of garage will usually fit 1 car or golf cart. 2 more spots in the driveway accepting parking for 3 at the property.

Note about the home:

1. You will use the code supplied to open the additional room entry door. Upon entering the additional room, you will see a key on the counter. This key will unlock the main part of the home!

2. If you need more spaces to park, Ocean Creek Golf Course is very close, please go in the pro shop and get permission to park there first.

3. The owner golf cart and the bicycles in the garage are NOT for guest use. Please do not use. You are included a golf cart through the resort for your rental!

4. No family pets allowed please.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
