If Fripp Island is your destination, then this is the home you will want to stay at. We are full members of the Fripp Island Club & Amenity Passes to use the facilities on Fripp Island are available. It is conveniently located a short walk from the ocean and beach club, and is seconds away from the Marsh. It can effortlessly accommodate enormous groups of people with cavernous living areas. The home is freshly remodeled, and the kitchen is state of the art. The great room is an unbelievable space to entertain many and a view to die for. At the end of the day, you can even relax in the sauna located in the back ensuite!

Everyone over the age of 13 must have an amenities pass to use the conveniences (pools, eateries, etc.). The summer weekly fee of $55 per pass and the 12.8% resort fee is paid directly to the FI Club upon arrival. Summer units (June - August) are from Saturday to Saturday only. For holidays such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's prices and length of stay may be adjusted. Longer term units during the fall and winter are considered. A four seated Golf cart is supplied with rental.

About the Area

Located in Fripp Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club. Kayaking and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
