Three bedroom beach home in OBX. Located between the bypass and the sound in the centrally located town of Kill Devil Hills, NC. Our gorgeous, clean, smoke complimentary, and pet complimentary bungalow provides a place to unplug and relax. Avalon Fishing Pier is a 3 min. drive. Public beach access parking areas are within a 3 min. drive, as well. The neighborhood offers amazing cycling and walking down to and along the sound. Our open plan living, dining, and kitchen area offer a great place to gather with friends and family, to eat, to watch movies and play games. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make a meal at home. The uncovered deck outside is great for calming around and watching for meteors at nighttime. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and it's own bathroom with a standing shower. The hallway bathroom is a full bath and it has a tub. We also have an enclosed outdoor shower downstairs. The washer and dryer are located in the utility room downstairs. The utility room is huge enough to keep bicycles, surfboards, coolers, etc. The driveway will accommodate up to 3 cars.
