Thoughtfully designed for families, the home offers a flexible sleeping layout with two queen beds, one king bed, and a fun bunk bed setup, along with two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower for added convenience. Step inside to a calm, coastal-inspired ambiance ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates a welcoming central space to prepare, gather, and relax with ease. A standout feature of the home is the cavernous ground-level recreation room—an ideal hangout zone for both kids and adults on sunny and rainy days and nights. The recreation room features a sizable wall-mounted TV, ideal for movie nights and game days, as well as board games, comfortable seating, and a full-size ping pong table. With plenty of room to spread out, it’s great for calming, competing, or just appreciating time together after the beach. Outside, two huge front decks offer the ideal spots for morning coffee, evening drinks, or soaking up the coastal breeze. Walk to the beach in mere mins., right down the street, to what feels nearly like a private beach, given the lack of hordes and no public parking for beach day visitors. We believe the location is the best on the island. The home's location is ideally located, roughly 1-1.5 miles from local eateries, an arcade, ice cream spots, putt-putt golf, a movie theater, the best donuts on the island, coffee stores, and shopping. The island's 10-mile-long bicycle and pedestrian path (used for bicycles, golf carts, walkers, and runners) is steps, a 1-min. walk, from the home.
