This property is also within walking distance to local eateries and stores, and is only a 5 min. drive to a major grocery store. Historic downtown Southport is only a 10 min. drive away. Town-maintained beach access is about 200 yards from the home and you won't have to pay for parking and the ocean can be seen from the end of the driveway. Come and appreciate time at the beach!
