This beachfront condo is on a 4th FLOORING! View the ocean from the private balcony, Located in the South Tower at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 6 people. It has modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and new countertops. Close to House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, there are many pools at this resort and has direct access to the beach from the resort. Come see why we appreciate this suite!

This freshly modernized unit is decked out with all the modern amenities: Cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a sizable balcony to appreciate the ocean view. Our one-bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor sleeps up to 4 comfortably and has one bedroom (with 2 Queen Beds), one private bathroom, and a separate living area (with a sleeper couch). The refreshed kitchen has everything including new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also outfitted with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, silverware, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, and veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area so you can savor vistas of the ocean!

From the living area, you can walk out to the private balcony and view the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings! The bedroom has two beds and includes linens and pillows. The bath has a enormous sink and a shower/tub combination.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

NOTE: No motorbikes are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2025:
April 1: Heaters turn on
June 1: Heaters turn off*
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: May 1-2 (TBA)

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.
During winter months, only 2 outdoor North Tower pool deck spas are operational; 1 is closed.
This directive also applies to the South Tower Pool Deck during winter months; only 2 of the 4 outside spas are operational.
