How far is the beach?
The beach is just a few blocks away from the home so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are multiple complimentary parking beach accesses within a 2 min. drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs, 1 cooler, and an umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!

Is There A Grille?
Unfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grille related home fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grille at our home. :(

Do you have a tea pot?
Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!....

Nicki and I are available by e-mail, phone, text or the short term rental platform. Feel complimentary to reach out if you have any questions. We do our best to streamline and make communications as simple as possible to make this trip seamless for you :)

We live next to some extraordinary neighbors who look out for each others home. It is extremely safe and peaceful here. There are only homes on one side of the street making it very peaceful and calming vs other areas in the Outer Banks.
