Inside, you will find an inverted floor plan to help maximize those island vistas! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and modern beach decor await you at this special spot. Savor preparing meals in the supplied kitchen with double ovens and stainless appliances. There is seating for 8 at the enormous dining room table that can double as a great spot for game nighttime. Seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. There is even an additional sleeping with the queen sleeper couch in the living room! Beach access just West of the property between 677 OBW and 679 OBW, this is a sizable public beach access with a ramp for convenience.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. This owner also provides a few beach chairs, a cooler, body boards, and beach games! This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 8.
