Very comfortable and bright bungalow you are sure to savor, both inside and out. Very conveniently located across the street from the ocean and close to many great eateries. This home has a great layout with tons of light and vistas of the water from every room. The front deck is the ideal morning spot to soak in the ocean vistas and handsome sunrise. Use the back deck for sunset dinners or just laying out. And don't forget the hot tub!

Plenty of off-street parking under the home as well as a storage room outfitted with an additional refrigerator, umbrellas, beach cart and chairs, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, enormous outdoor shower, plus a gas grille, and a hammock!
