The game room wet bar refrigerator is the ideal spot for keeping beach and pool snacks and drinks cool. A king bedroom on this level shares access with the game room to a full bath. Upstairs on the mid-level of the home are four bedrooms, each with Intelligent TVs. One of the bedrooms is a king master bedroom with private bath, one king master bedroom has a slider to a private deck and double vanity and bespoke tile shower in its master bath. Another king bedroom and a pyramid bunk bedroom share a hallway bath, and have access to the mid-level deck. The top level king master suite illuminates with ocean vistas from its private deck and features master bath with double vanity and bespoke tile shower. All decks at the home are constructed with Trex deck boards and equipped with fresh outdoor furnishings. The great room is decorated with modern coastal flair and offers comfortable seating around a huge Intelligent TV home theater system. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
