Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter refrigerated drawers. Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and comfortable ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen intelligent TVs.
