There are 4 Flat Screen TV's (one in each bedroom and 1 in living room, 2 are intelligent TV's), 3 DVD's, air conditioning/heat, washer and dryer, wireless internet. There is also a sun deck with partial ocean view, comfortable deck furnishings. There is a picnic table, charcoal grille, an enclosed outside shower and hot tub under home, Other accessories include highchair, pack n play, roll away bed, bags racks and two infant gates.
