The beach floor plan offers the main living space, known as the Great Room, provides deck access and handsome vistas. With decks on 3 sides of the home that face north, east and south, plan to appreciate the ocean breeze while calming on deck furnishings to soak up the sun s rays. The living area has a enormous flat-screen TV with 2 over-stuffed armchairs and a comfortable couch for stretching out. The dining area has a table that will seat 6 and the kitchen island provides seating for 5 more guests. A completely-supplied kitchen offers has refreshed stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Coffee lovers have a choice of brewing their favorite drink with either a drip coffee maker or a pod coffee maker. There is a half bath available on this level.
