Unwind in Avon at this terrific home. With 5 bedrooms including 3 king beds, 2 bunk beds, and 1 queen bed, this welcoming property is ideal for families or groups of friends. Appreciate 4 bathrooms with amenities like a jetted bathtub and hair dryer.

Home is across the street from beach, steps away from the beach access. Recently refreshed, super cavernous, enormous kitchen table for families to gather, tons of deck space to watch the sunrise or the sunset and appreciate the view! Plenty of room to relax! Lots of outdoor seating, a basketball hoop, sizable driveway for parking. The crows nest offers the best vistas and has a tv, tons of board games and puzzles, and a foosball table!
