Nearby Ocean Isle Beach walking trails are roughly 0.4 miles away, giving guests another way to get outside and enjoy the coastal surroundings.

???? ELEVATOR ACCESS

An elevator provides convenient access throughout the home, making it easier to transport suitcases, groceries and belongings between levels.

Please note that the presence of an elevator does not mean the property is ADA or wheelchair accessible.

???? POOL HEATING

Optional pool heating may be available for qualifying stays with a 3-nighttime minimum. Please contact the property manager prior to booking for additional information.

Requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by outdoor temperatures, wind, weather and other environmental conditions.

???? GAS GRILL

A gas grille is supplied. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring a propane tank or arrange propane delivery after booking through available guest services.

❗ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fresh white linens are included for each bed and beds are made prior to arrival.

Guests also receive starter household and personal-care supplies, including bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bathmats, kitchen towels, dishwashing supplies, laundry pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hand soap, paper towels, bath tissue and starter trash bags.

Starter supplies are intended to help get your vacation started and may not last for the entire stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old unless prior approval has been received.

FAMILY PETS

Family Animals are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance for this property. Guests must receive approval before bringing a pet.

SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY PROPERTY

All Pier 42 properties are smoke-complimentary and drug-complimentary.

SAFETY

Fire pits, fireworks and deep fryers are prohibited.

THERMOSTAT

Please do not set the thermostat below 73°F while cooling or above 73°F while heating.

PARKING

Parking is limited to a max. of 7 cars.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations may be canceled for a full refund of amounts paid, excluding the administrative fee, when Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units receives written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund, including cancellations resulting from inclement weather or failure to make the required final payment. Administrative costs are nonrefundable.

Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
