Additional Notes:
· The electric awnings over the grille and in the back of the home are not for renter use due to prior misuse

Pool is open April 15-October 15 and is NOT heated. Hot Tub available all year for guest use.

PET INFO: We do allow you to bring your four legged friend with you and have a fenced in backyard and dog crate available inside. We do only allow ONE dog with a $150 non returnable pet fee and ask that you please clean up behind your dog. Please note that each town has different leash laws for bringing your family pets on the beach.
