You can arrive at the best beaches in just mins. by car because Breezy Point is centrally located to beach access for Cape Point and Frisco's South Beach. The ground level has ample parking, carports, a storage area with a half bath, and bulk heading for painless windsurfing and a kayak launch, fishing, and crabbing from the dock. The first level has four roomy bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the enormous deck with a hot tub and sound vistas. The hall bath provides access from the hall and the fourth bedroom. The laundry closet is conveniently located on the first level. The second level has a full bath, cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area. The huge, third-level loft with a sun deck offers tremendous vistas of the sound, awesome sunsets, and nighttime stargazing.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

Dock details: Modest boats only requiring less than 2' of draft.
