The first bedroom has a private bath. The second-level great room has tall ceilings, broad sun decks, and bragging rights to the island's best vistas. A comfortable glass-walled living area catches all east-facing and water vistas. The dining area with an adjacent hot tub room follows the sun from rising to set.
