This huge home was constructed with windsurfing in mind, but it is rapidly becoming a favorite with all visitors who savor quality life along Avon's sound-front.

On the first level, you'll find a half-bathroom, a utility room, and a enormous locking storage area. On the second level are four roomy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and shaded decking. The third floor is home to a sizable and comfortable living/dining area, a completely equipped kitchen, a half-bathroom, juniper walls, a wet bar, and a screened porch with a four-to-six-person hot tub. In a class by itself, Nor'Easter is a one-of-a kind opportunity to slow down, kick back, and take in all that Hatteras has to offer.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please Note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.
