Located on a peninsula, this home offers sailable winds from every direction, which makes it great for sailors of all interests. A newly constructed bulkhead with a private dock has really made Liquid Sky a secret spot, a wind magnet without the hordes. The private dock accepts you to go from couch surfing to kitesurfing in your backyard in a matter of mins.. Out front, the sound offers a shallow sandbar for kiters who want to do tricks and beginners who want the comfort of shallow water. A little further out there is deeper water with some nice wind swell ramps. Its central location is great for fast access to the ocean and other sailing spots.
