The refreshed home now features a impressive Great room and entertainment center with giant picture windows offering expansive view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grille, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch intelligent TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a handsome deck with a six-person hot tub and amazing sound vistas. The kitchen features all-new appliances and a elegant (humongous) island gathering spot. The first and second bedrooms have new intelligent TVs and are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom also features a new intelligent TV, an electric fireplace, private bath, and the exceptional view of the sound.
