Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a photogenic and economical waterfront spot for the whole family. The refreshed home now features a grand Great room and entertainment center with giant picture windows offering expansive view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grille, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch intelligent TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a elegant deck with a six-person hot tub and marvelous sound vistas. The kitchen features all-new appliances and a handsome (humongous) island gathering spot. The first and second bedrooms have new intelligent TVs and are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom also features a new intelligent TV, an electric fireplace, private bath, and the amazing view of the sound.

Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.
