The Space:

BookSmart Properties presents: Duck Daze! This bright and airy home has the ideal location and tons of amenities. Step inside and soak up the Carolina sunshine pouring in the windows of the top level, putting you instantly in vacation mode. Dinner is a breeze in the completely outfitted kitchen and can be adored together in the dining room, or al fresco at the picnic table on the deck.



Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms with options for guests of all ages. 2 master king bedrooms offer private ensuite baths, while a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom (sleeps 5) share access to a full hall bath. Laundry is also available.



Send the competitors down to the ground level where they can challenge each other to tournaments in the game room (photos coming soon). One last king bedroom on the ground level provides an ensuite full bath that is shared with the game room space. The pool deck is accessible from this level.



There are plenty of sunloungers on the decks and surrounding the pool area, ideal for suntanning and calming. Take a dip in the shining pool, or finish off the ideal day with a soak in the hot tub. An outdoor shower is available to keep the home comfortably sand complimentary during your stay.



Conveniently located an simple 7 min. walk from the beach, sand and surf are just moments away. Or, take a 5 min. walk toward downtown Duck and the boardwalk, where you can experience sunsets on the sound and discover Duck's local stores and eateries.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
