Access your own favorite streaming services on the 50” intelligent TV. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and a kitchen table with seating for 8. The first bedroom is just off the kitchen, with a opulent king bed. A full bath with modern tile shower is right outside this bedroom, along with a full-size, stacked washer and dryer.

Walk upstairs and you’ll discover 2 roomy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The deck off the rear bedroom offers glimpses of the ocean and view of the majestic Wright Brothers National Memorial.

Outside you’ll find the hot tub (open year round) outdoor shower, a park-style charcoal grille, and a Level 2 EV charger in the carport that fits J1772 and Tesla hookups. Walk into the entirely fenced-in yard to find a picnic table and wood-burning firepit.

Pet Policy
Animals: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $125 non-returnable fee. This fee does not include waste pick up. We ask you to please clean up after your pet – there are waste bags in the backyard for painless clean up. Any waste left in the yard will result in an additional cleaning charge. Dogs must be:

-Up to date on flea/tick prevention
-Well-behaved and home-trained
-Kept off all furnishings

-Security: One exterior camera is installed facing the driveway/street for the safety of our guests and property.
-Intelligent lock entry: code supplied before check-in, auto-activates/expiries at check-out

The kitchen is set up for cooking at home on those nights you just want to chill at the bungalow. It is equipped with pots and pans, a variety of cooking silverware, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker.

We provide linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play are also available.

There is a park- style outdoor charcoal grille for when you just want to chill and grille at the home.
