The rec room opens to the pool, a hot tub for 8, marvelous tiki bar under a grandiose pergola and 3 grilles (1 gas, 2 charcoal). There is also an outside loo, shower and changing room.

Mid Level: Features a granite-tiled huge entry entry, with an extravagant fireplace. There are 5 primary bedrooms; 3 main bedrooms with great ocean vistas and 2 main bedrooms and four have deck access. All bedrooms in this home have TV/DVD.

Top Level: Presents the roomy, light-filled great room with gas fireplace and entertainment center with HDTV, Blu-Ray player and stereo, a window-lined formal dining area, a sizable well-equipped kitchen with wine cooler, ice maker, informal dining area and a half bath.
