Inside, the space is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for calming stays. The open living area features coastal décor, plenty of natural light, and a sleeper couch for additional guests. Slide open the doors to your private oceanfront balcony, ideal for morning coffee, sunset vistas, and listening to the waves roll in.

• Primary suite with a plush king bed and private en-suite bathroom
• Second bedroom with two twin beds — ideal for kids or additional guests
• Queen sleeper couch in the living area

- Other things to note:
1. Only one parking pass is available (no cost). There are close by tons that allow additional cars to park overnight. We have no affiliation with those tons.
2. This condo is on the 3rd floor, which gives a striking ocean view but is accessible via steps only.
3. No family pets are allowed via HOA. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $250 fee.
4. These condos do not have w/d in the unit but there are facilities in the building that accepts coin and app pay.
5. The condo sleeps a max of 6 guests comfortably.

As a family owned condo we appreciate to cater to other families. We have a highchair, infant tub, pack & play (with sheets) and infant diningware available upon request. We also have swim towels available upon request, if needed. Beach toys & a modest cooler is available in the master bedroom closet for your use, along with some beach chairs (2-3 chairs)
