Access to the community pool, 30' of lighted dock space at Ballast Point Canal #102, enclosed ground-level room for storage & painless entry, and covered parking for boat or jet ski trailer are all perks with this vacation property! The cavernous Master Bedroom, located on the top floor, holds a King bed and has a private balcony with impressive vistas. The 2nd Bedroom, also holding a King bed, is located on the landing between the Top and Living Levels. The 3rd Bedroom is located on the Living Level holds a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Twin on top). The 4th and Final bedroom is located on the Entry Level and has a King bed with private ensuite bathroom. There is a additional sleeping space on the Top Level with a Twin bed and skylight. Property Conveniences include: 4 TVs, high-speed WiFi, covered deck with furnishings, community pool, exercise center, clubhouse, and miles of lighted dock for walking and fishing. Panoramic vistas of Protected Marshes and parking for 4 cars max..1 spot is covered and can be used for your boat or jet-ski trailer (If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee).
