Private pier off the back of the home and additional 30' boat slip in protected canal located at Ballast Point Canal #58 (across the street). 1 kayak is available for use at no cost! Modest private sound front beach behind property. PARKING FOR 3 VEHICLES MAXIMUM. Neighborhood amenities include a sizable community pool area with snack bar, lighted tennis courts, playground, basketball/volleyball court, exercise center and picnic area. This home is no longer pet-friendly beginning in 2023. Trailer must be stored in covered parking area. If it does not fit there, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee.
