Stunning sound-front end-unit in the private Pirate's Cove Resort. This condo is non-smoking with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms (accommodating 10). This is designated as a Vacation-My-Way property meaning there is 3-nights required during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) with 2-nights required otherwise. The condo is on the 1st floor on the building and located on the north end for a ideal view of the sound. There is an elevator for ease of access to the property. When renting, guest will have access to all of the community amenities including our community pool, exercise center, tennis courts, outdoor pavilion, and much more. The building does have covered parking for one car or boat/jet ski trailer. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for a fee. Master suite is sound-front with a King bed and door leading to covered deck. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, while the 3rd bedrooms holds a Twin bed and Day bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom. The final bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a private ensuite holding a stand-up shower. The condo has flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances, and enormous deck. Unlimited view of Roanoke Sound for impressive sunrises and shaded afternoons. Parking for 2 cars max..

The condo does not allow for family pets and does not have a dock space at this time.
