The space
Upon entering you will enjoy the modernized touches, natural lighting and updates throughout. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area provides space to gather all together as a family, without feeling busy. Off of the living room, you will fall in appreciate with the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed and private bath with upsized shower. The top floor also features (2) Queen Bedrooms that share a Full Bath. On the lower level you will find a media room, ideal for movie nights with the family or rainy days. There is a King Bedroom and Bedroom with a Bunk Bed also on this level, and a Full Bath.
Guest access
Beach Access - Guests will be supplied with beach parking passes to the neighborhood beach access down the street.

Entry - Guests will access the home through a key pad code on the door. Code will be included at check in.

There is a pool in the backyard for guests to use! The pool will be open 4/14-9/28. We service the pool and hot tub weekly to maintain safety standards. The hot tub will be open and serviced year round.

PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
