The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite bath, while the guest room includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The cavernous kitchen, dining area, and open living room are ideal for gathering. Appreciate shell-seeking, surfing, or sunsets. An outdoor shower keeps sand outside. Life’s better at Just Beachy!
House Rules

• Keep it comfortable, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or huge gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things calming for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome once approved. But please keep family pets off the furnishings so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enchanting for everybody.

• Grille Use: You’re welcome to appreciate the grille during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit included with essential items for your arrival.
