The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The living area is gorgeously appointed with a sleeper couch and loveseat with HDTV.

The Primary bedroom on the right side of the condo contains a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom is very nice with a bespoke-tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the condo is the guest bedroom which features two twin beds, wall-mounted HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private balcony you'll appreciate oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and the immaculate grounds of the Barrington Enclave! The beach is just a short trip down the elevator!

Please Note: Cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Work will begin in November and is expected to take multiple months, likely extending through March 1, 2026, depending on weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances. Also, broad scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please understand that there is no set schedule regarding the timeline on when each unit will be affected throughout the process. This project will apply to the Barrington Court Building only.
