As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a phenomenal first impression of your vacation home.

Your family will adore the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this outstanding resort. The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this phenomenal resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.


If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches.

When you arrive for your stay, you will notice that the exterior of this bright home really lives up to its name!

When you step inside the first level of the home, you will feel at ease in the cavernous living room. This home has an open-concept design, and the gourmet kitchen has plenty of cooking space, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island. Just down the hall, you will find a comfortable half-bathroom.

Walk upstairs and you will find a casual sitting area just at the top of the stairs. The second level of the home features three En Suites. A sizable, cozy, King En Suite with high ceilings and private balcony access, a two Queen En Suites.

Turquoise Waves is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $155, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not allowed in the Bermuda Bay community.
**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Check-In begins at 4pm.Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.
Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
