Cozy Charleston Stay is a 2 story, 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome located in a peaceful gated community in Charleston. Near all that downtown Charleston has to offer, tons of shopping and eateries, or a short drive to the beach.

The townhome has a living room with a flat screen HDTV with cable and WIFI. The eat in kitchen is outfitted with silverware, plates for guests, cups, baking sheets, pots/pans, coffeemaker (coffee supplied), and all the your kitchen appliance needs. Off the kitchen is back patio that sits right off the Greenway Trail. There is a grille and patio furnishings on the patio. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, dresser, desk, closet and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen TV.

All the linens will be cleaned and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. There are plenty towels and of additional bathing/beach towels for your use. There is an ironing board and iron. There are beach chairs supplied in the storage closet located in the kitchen.
