Over two miles of sound front paved walkway is accessible from the adjacent harbor. Elizabethan Gardens, Lost Colony outdoor drama, Fort Raleigh historic site, NC public Aquarium and regional airport (MQI)within 10 min. drive. Fifteen min. drive to Nags Head public beaches, Jockey's Ridge and Outer Banks shopping and eateries. Building equipped with elevator and password secured parking. Note: during the summer season (mid-June to late August), the property rents weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
