Step into the bricked entry of this reverse-floor plan home, from there hardwoods lead you to the central lower-level gathering area which is ideal for family game-playing and movie watching. Check out the adjacent dinette with its own coffee bar-ideal for your morning java. Off this space are three bedrooms. The first is a Queen with a full ensuite bath and private access to the back screened porch that homes a ping pong table. The next bedroom is a twin bunk room with an additional trundle.
