This unique property is located on a canalfront lot where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards right from your backyard. Have a bigger vessel in mind? You can even bring your boat! Use the close by community boat ramp (nominal fee) and dock right behind the home using the private boat dock. The canal leads directly out to the Roanoke Sound for fishing, crabbing, clamming or just cruising. With a fish cleaning station, grille, and picnic table back at the home, you'll have everything you need on the ground level to prepare your own seafood dinners.

When you arrive, skip the stairs and use the elevator to send up your suitcases and groceries. Inside, you'll come home to an open-concept great room where you can kick back and relax after a day at the beach. Get dinner started in the entirely supplied kitchen or grab a cold drink to savor on the waterfront deck at sunset. The sun room offers ample natural light and is furnished with a pull-out couch for alternative sleeping arrangements. The first queen bedroom is located just off the living area along with access to the first full bath. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortably furnished loft area ideal for a kids hangout space or a comfortable lounge for reading. There's also two more bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill Bath. The top level queen bedroom is equipped with a desk area for staying caught up with work or school remotely.

Old Nags Head Cove is a community designed for life on the water. Boating, fishing, kayaking, SUP's - the possibilities are countless. In addition to the canals and sound access, guests also have the option of purchasing daily or weekly passes to the Old Nags Head Cove soundfront pool. Additional community perks include a basketball court, volleyball court and picnic area.

Centrally located at Milepost 13.5 in Nags Head, The Watsons is within mins. to everything you'll need for a calming and memorable Outer Banks vacation. When it's time to hit the beach, two public accesses are close by - one at Enterprise Street and another at Loggerhead Street - both of which provide complimentary parking. Take a bicycle ride down the multi-use path that runs from Old Nags Head Cove to the Outer Banks Mall where you can browse an array of shopping and dining options, including two grocery stores.

Please note that there are two inflatable paddleboards with paddles available for guest use.

Can’t stay an entire week? The Watsons is available for short stays and offers flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. In-season partial week stays (three-nighttime minimum) can be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.
