The Sugarsweet House accommodates up to 10 guests between 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

• Flex Bedroom #2 – King bed (or two twins) & Bathroom

• Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite enormous spa-like bathroom

• Bedroom #4 – Queen bed + Bathroom

• Living Room – King-sized luxury memory foam sleeper couch + ½ Bathroom



*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Guest Access:

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a suitcases storage space on the property for guests to use as needed.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes family pets. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee. 2 pets max.. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
