Enter to a roomy living area with a sectional couch, vaulted ceilings, 46” HDTV with upgraded sound bar and Blu-ray player, decorative fireplace, and huge floor to ceiling windows. Off the living room is a sunny deck with chairs and BBQ grille. The dining room connects with the living area and seats up to 8. The kitchen has been completely modernized with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and 4 counter stools. Off the dining room is a great screened-in porch with a table and chairs with restful vistas of the lagoon. Two bedrooms are located downstairs- -the master has a king bed, en suite bath with private toilet room, sizable glass-walled walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. It has a 40” HDTV, Blu-ray player and a private exit to the screened porch. The other bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV with DVD and uses a hall bath with walk-in shower.
