Welcome to The Skipper – 9B, an upper-level condo with gorgeous marsh, ocean, and Intracoastal Waterway vistas. This well-equipped and maintained unit offers WiFi access and basic cable. Bedroom one has a queen bed with a TV, and bedroom two has two single beds. Ceiling fans are supplied in both bedrooms, and chairs on the balcony make it a ideal spot to relax and take in the vistas.

Conveniences & Features:
- Captain’s Villas community amenities: swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor grilles, and private beach access (short walk to access located between 1067 & 1069 OBW).

Supplied with Weekly Units:
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) and towels included for weekly units

Rules & Restrictions:
- RVs, boats, trailers, golf carts, electric motor cars, and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot.
- Renters may not invite guests to use Captain’s Villas amenities; these are reserved for renters staying at Captain’s Villas only.

Pool: Open May 1st through October 31st (subject to change)
