Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. We may also request a government-issued ID to complete the booking process.
Security: For your protection, a security camera is located at the exterior entrance of the property.
Conveniences: A starter supply of essentials (trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) is supplied; you may need to purchase more for your stay. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included. We also provide a high chair, retractable gates, & kids's dinnerware supplied for your convenience
Dog-Friendly Property: Up to 2 dogs welcome with an additional fee of $100 per dog (automatically applied if pup(s) added to reservation). Dogs must be at least one year old, home-trained, and entirely vaccinated. Please be aware that while our home is professionally cleaned, there may be some lingering dog hair or dander. If anyone in your group has dog allergies, this may not be a suitable cabin for you.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control unless the home itself is uninhabitable.

We aim to provide our guests with privacy and a seamless stay. There is no on-site staff. However, we are available to assist you daily from 9 AM to 6 PM EST via the messaging platform. We do our best to respond to messages after hours for urgent matters.

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin. You'll savor a seamless and convenient self-check-in experience. We will send a message with detailed instructions and your unique door code three days before your arrival. Check-in is available any time after 4 PM.


HOME RULES

- We do not allow events, drugs, or smoking on the property.

- Must be 25 to stay (kids w/ guardians allowed)
- Neighborhood peaceful hours are 10PM to 8AM
- No fires allowed (including candles)
- min. of 5 cars (RVs/trailers/boats/UTV’s/Golf Carts are not allowed by the HOA)
