The mid-level is home to a den with couch bed and desk, for those who need to do a little indoor surfing, and 3 bedrooms. A king master bedroom with private bath indulges with access to a private deck, while two bedrooms access the hall bath - one with queen bed and the other with a double bunk (double bed over double bed). One more king master bedroom is found on the top level, also with private bath and access to a private deck. All bedrooms (other than the bunk room) have vistas of the Pamlico Sound, and all bedrooms have a TV with DVD player. The top level great room impresses with alluring blue water vistas of the Pamlico Sound. A sizable flat screen TV with surround sound and Bluray player sits atop the mantel. The kitchen offers convenience to the group with additional counterspace at the breakfast bar and modren stainless steel appliances. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
