Inside, the bright and comfortable open floor plan brings the living, dining, and kitchen areas together, giving everybody plenty of space to gather. Kick back for a movie after a day at the beach or prepare the day's fresh catch in the well-equipped kitchen featuring sleek stainless steel appliances.

Step outside and appreciate your morning coffee or an evening drink on the screened porch, or gather around the picnic table on the sun deck for an outdoor meal. When you're ready for the beach, a fast walk through the neighborhood leads to the close by community beach access.

After a day of surfing, fishing, or soaking up the sun, the enclosed outdoor shower, hose, and fish-cleaning station make cleanup a breeze. Guests can also savor access to the community pool during their stay.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned stores, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Beach Access: Just a short walk from the home! Head east on Marlin Drive toward the ocean, then follow the neighborhood route to North Beachcomber Drive. The beach access is located at the end of North Beachcomber Drive, where you can follow the walkway over the dunes and onto the beach. The access is roughly 176 yards from the home.

Community Conveniences: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open seasonally. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

The Hatch's convenient Avon location puts local eateries, bakeries, ice cream stores, tackle stores, and more just across Highway 12, giving you plenty to discover without venturing far from home.
