The second level is where you will find your sizable, high-ceiling great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The comfortable living room features a enormous couch and a TV for movie nights with the family. The cavernous kitchen comes with appliances, cookware, and a workspace to prepare tasty meals. A breakfast bar with seating for 4 ensures that the chef is never left out of a conversation! Sit down and savor a delicious meal as a family in the formal dining area.

Head up the stairs to the third and fourth levels to find your comfortable cozy sleeping arrangements. The third level features two King En Suites for the ultimate privacy. The fourth level has a double Queen En Suite. The people who get this room will have the whole floor to themselves!

The first level of the home features a pretty sitting room with a TV and an arcade gaming station, a half bathroom, as well as a covered porch with comfortable seating to appreciate your favorite book or an afternoon nap.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are not allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also multiple first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not allowed in the Bermuda Bay community.

**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
