Step inside and appreciate the sunny, open living, kitchen and dining space. The kitchen comes completely equipped with everything you’d need to prepare a full meal, or just grab a coffee before heading out for the day. The inviting living area features a mid-century modern aesthetic and is ideal for having a few friends over for happy hour, or for catching up on your favorite shows on the 50” Intelligent TV. The space is finished with a dining table for two. This one bedroom, one bathroom home is ideal for your next hideaway. Please note that this is the downstairs unit only. It features a king bed, a walk-in shower, and it has a washer and dryer on site so you can keep your clothes clean during your stay. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
